Good food. The best waitress is who I think waited on us, Katie, today. The girl was full speed, and great! Recommend for a good, filling breakfast.

June 2019 still a great place for breakfast.. reviews from past still stand. Family of 4 about $50.00. Friendly service and great service. Pics posted. July 12 17 Great place for breakfast. Havnt been disappointed yet. Pics posted of menu. Prices not bad compared to other places. July 2016. Been comming here for 40yrs. Menu has changed a little. Still they have good breakfast choices that are hot and tasty. The waiters are nice and try to be attentive. There can be a wait at times to get seated and for your food to come out but it's to be expected as its a good place to eat and popular place.

Food simply was not good and server had way to many people tables for one person.

The service was quick, our waitress was very friendly. The food was outstanding. I had the stuffed French toast and it was so good. The portions are huge! I would definitely recommend to go on an empty stomach.

Got the reese's peanut butter and chocolate chip pancakes. Was amazingly good.

Great food! We got there at a good time so there wasn't a super long wait. I think we arrived around 9am and only had to wait around ten minutes. Food was hot and tasted great. And our waitress was a lot of fun. Very deserving five stars.

Excellent service, price was a little high but worth it!

Pancakes were delicious. Didn't care for the tomatoes in the Western omelette. They didn't have much flavor. We had to ask for silverware AND napkins. Server was nice though.

The food was great. The service wasn’t. We had empty drinks for almost half of our meal. Then we had to wait on our check. I liked the gift shop pretty well too. Not sure if I’d go again. Possibly.

My husband and I enjoyed a really good breakfast of steak and eggs and pancakes. Bring your appetite when you come to eat at the Smoky Mountain Pancake House. They give you a lot of food! Christi, our waitress, was awesome!

Me and my girlfriend ate here on our first day in Gatlingburg. The wait wasn't too terrible so we shopped at the store next door, and we got a call to come back. We had Robert as a server, he was cool, funny, and made us want to move to Tenesee!!! We both enjoyed our breakfast, coffee was surprisingly very good and the cups were oh so cute! The serving size was reasonable for the price and we ended up shopping in the store after as well. Everything was comfortable despite being in the middle of a pandemic. Tables were sanitized and servers wore masks/gloves.

I go here every time I visit the Smokies! The food is always lovely, (especially the peanut butter and banana pancakes), but the service is exceptional. Tiffany is the sweetest server in the whole establishment, and quite possibly in all of Pigeon Forge.

Opens early. Loads of pancake varieties. Has a gift shop inside. Parking can be tight. Recently priced.

We are from 6 hours away on our family vacation and we came for breakfast and it was amazing! Nothing was wrong everything perfect! Best breakfast I’ve ever had!

Just a wee bit disappointed today. Food took forever. Never got any refills offered. Pancakes came out hard & chewy. Very dry. Service was very slow as well. Servers place dirty food trays on,our table as we are eating. Some servers werent wearing masks or gloves. Very sad. We wont be back

Average pancake house with several options. Yolanda was a great server on this day. They carry all of the regular breakfast items and the food was fresh and came out quickly. This was filling enough to put us back on our way for the trip home. Will stop in here again next time we visit.

Daughter order the Reeses pancakes and they are very good. We were a large good of 12 and they were very accommodating, and we had a great waitress. She was very friendly and helpful with the menu. My husband highly recommends the crepes!!

Could be a little cleaner. But the breakfast was really nice.

This place is awesome. Had the best breakfast there. Pancakes are the best I've ever had. Warm welcome atmosphere and our waitress was great. Reasonable pricing too.

Fast service even during the COVID virus outbreak

The food was decent. Our server was good but the other employees.... we were sat right next to the kitchen where we heard multiple employees talking dreadfully about being busy again and having to work. Another employee, a hostess, walked right passed us exclaiming about someone wanting an “f-*-ing chocolate milk!”. After eating, we asked to speak with a manager about this and he said he understood being upset about the “f bomb with having a 4 yr old with us”. Then went on to tell his employees to “watch it with the f bombs around customers” and the hostess said “oh, the first time it happens!” And goes about their business. It all just seemed very unprofessional and poorly managed.

Food was ok but the service made up for it by being extremely quick. The service was excellent. The only fast breakfast place I've found in Pigeon Forge.

I went for breakfast this morning ladies at the host stand was nice and professional. Got seated had to wait over 5 minutes for drinks server Alli gave poor service she finally came around with drinks then took food order.

Usually we don't visit the touristy areas of the Smoky Mountains, so, this is one of the only places we decided to try. It was good, decent prices for the area. I got a pancakes with sunny side eggs and bacon. It was good, great taste for pancakes and service was great. Overall I was pleased.

The service was horrible. We had to get another server to get our food. We never got drink refills until we were finished eating and had to ask for them then. Our server never checked on us. We even had to help serve ourselves. She stood with the tray of food and we took it off ourselves. The western omelet wasn't much. Very balnd and not many toppings at all. We've eaten here for years but doubt we will be back.

Expensive and the food was terrible. Probably the worse pancakes I've ever had. They advertise 1 thing on the menu then tell you the those items don't actually come with the meal and they cost extra to get.

Pancakes were less than mediocre especially for a pancake house. Greeter was rude. Waitresses were very nice and efficient. Nothing to write home to Aunt Jemimah about

Very friendly staff and waitresses. The food is always great no matter what you order. You will leave full and satisfied! We eat breakfast here everytime we stay in either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.

Friendly service. Food was extremely bland. Sweet tea was basically sugar water. Perhaps they should find a new cook. Was over $40 for 3 meals. Don't waste your money.

Atmosphere and service were great! The server was very polite and prompt and the good was delicious!

My and my husband's most favorite place to get breakfast while in Pigeon Forge. The prices are affordable, the staff are always very friendly and accommodating, and the pancakes are the Best 😀.

Eh.....the food is acceptable. Definitely not a "must visit" place. The sausage gravy was very subpar and sausage patties were quite dry

my family had an excellent experience at this location. Great food, great service for a great price. hard to beat that
